Litigation on Non-Responsive Accounts

Once we establish that a non-responsive customer has the ability to pay, with your consent, our in-house legal team will begin litigation proceedings. To benefit your case during litigation, our attorneys maintain contact with SMA’s Collection Management Team and have access to all the data gathered during the initial collection efforts. SMA will manage the account throughout the litigation process until a resolution is achieved.
