SMA's collectors are not your typical nine-to-five employees; they have a vested interest in the company and your accounts. Our collections team upholds the standards set in FDCPA, GLBA and ISO 27002. They treat debtors with respect, seeking first to understand each person's unique situation with a primary goal of resolving the debt. Our collectors are responsible for continually evolving the collections process. When they see something that needs to be improved, they are empowered do so. Collectors also keep meticulous notes on each account to enhance efficiency and maximize collection.
